Services Offered
Regardless of where you are in the design development process, from massing models to mass marketing, we work at any phase of your design development or marketing processes.
It is often possible to repurpose model data to extend the value of your investment – for example, there is a relatively small amount of additional work needed to take the model used for a roof-off view and use it for an interior rendering – ask us how you can get the most out of the work we do for you.

360° Virtual Tours of 3D Model Products in QuickTime or Flash

Click and drag in tour window to navigate.
A virtual tour allows the user to navigate around a 3D representation of a room, 360 degrees in every direction. These are made by rendering six views of the subject, and assembling them into a cube. Next, “stitching” software is used to blend the edges of the cube into a seamless virtual room. Virtual tour files can be provided in Flash or QuickTime formats. These files can be viewed with any Flash-enabled Web browser or QuickTime Player. Virtual tours can also be embedded into PowerPoint and Keynote presentations, and into in-line PDF files.
- 360° virtual tours are a cost-effective alternative to animation.
- They are more interactive than self-running animations. The user controls the view.
- Views can be zoomed in and out using shift and control keys.
- Auto-rotate options are available for timed, self-running tours.
- Tour files are compressed files and load quickly into Web browsers.
- Rendering time is significantly less than animation and typically of higher quality.
- Tours can be placed into online PDF publications or Keynote presentations.
- 360° virtual tours play in PowerPoint shows with third party software.
CAD Accurate Architectural Renderings of Exterior Perspectives and Interior Designs

3D computer model renderings add another dimension to your plans by precisely calculating how light interacts with shapes and surfaces treatments. We take your plans and carefully prepare a 3D wireframe of your product, apply accurate finish information, and show it in the lighting that is more controllable than any artificial or natural light source. Compared to hand-drawn renderings, computer renderings are more accurate and versatile and can be updated throughout the design process.
- Models can be made from virtually any source of dimensional information, CAD formats (DWG, DXF, VWX), PDF, or printed drawings.
- CAD files are not required.
- Work can begin at the early design development stage with incomplete or nearly complete designs.
- Rendering quality can range from photorealistic or stylized in many ways to suit your needs.
- Production files can be prepared to nearly any resolution for use with Web pages, job signs, and billboards.
- We have thousands of images in our libraries to landscape and populate your scenes.
- Our files can be color-calibrated with your output service so your images print with accurate color reproduction.
Design Development and Finish Treatment Studies

3D models of interior scenes are highly detailed representations of a room created from a broad range of visual and dimensional information. This includes careful attention to blending the physical qualities of lighting and finishes to provide a reliable representation of your choices.
- Accurate reproduction of your finish selections with custom high resolution textures.
- Finish information is created directly from manufacturer’s specifications.
- All model files are created to allow for efficient updates and adjustments.
- All physical properties of finishes are addressed for reliable image quality and light reflection.
Alternate Lighting

Add a dramatic and appealing view of your product by efficiently reusing your 3D model in a different light. Alterations to the environmental controls of your existing 3D model offer an effective and economical way to show a variety of views of your design.
- Show your project in a more dramatic way.
- The lighting controls in our software effectively replicate the photometric data for virtually any light fixture.
- Our model designers have advanced training in lighting color theory.
Roof-off Views

Get added value from your model files by simply taking the roof off. This is an excellent example of getting the most from your money – completed interior models can be shown from virtually any point of view. Get added value from your model files by simply showing off your design with the roof-off.
- Roof-off views are a more dimensional way to show floor plans and suggested furniture arrangement.
- An effective way to visually communicate interior spaces.
- Aids in understanding the flow of traffic through the environment.
- 3D models are carefully constructed with high detail only where necessary, economizing your investment.
- Views can be adjusted to show varying levels of perspective to show different amounts of wall space.
Photo Composites of Sites and Proposed Improvements

Photo composites blend 3D models of planned improvements with photographs of existing sites. We methodically separate foreground and background objects of a photo, align the 3D model to the photo, render the model, and combine these elements. By carefully examining the lighting and perspective in a scene, we can combine the virtual model in a photograph of the physical world.
- Advanced photo-editing capabilities used include new image information to extract unwanted elements.
- On-screen view alignment techniques to layer 3D models directly on photographs.
- Layered alpha-channel rendering output for use in composited scenes.
- Ambient light and reflective imagery employed to match source photographs.
2D and 3D Illustrations of Site Plans

Site plans can be made with either a two-dimensional vector-based illustration program or with 3D modeling software. While a 2D image may be more economical for some uses, a 3D model is ultimately of greater value when used in combination with previously-created model information, such as a streetscape.
- 3D model and 2D illustration options available.
- Linear information can be extracted directly from CAD files.
- Photo compositing with satellite imaging available.
3D Representations of Commercial Products

Commercial products benefit from high detail views of prototypes. Finish options are efficiently employed to offer greater flexibility to the designer. Save the investment of producing and photographing your product.
- Numerous view options are available, including low to high levels of detail and the point of the view yielding images of a more dramatic nature.
- Flash or QuickTime rotating views of your product or logo are available.
Digital “Hand-Drawn” Images Derived from 3D Renderings

All renderings and 3D wireframes can be digitally filtered or rendered for a variety of artistic styles.
- Watercolor or SketchUP styles derived directly from model images.
